This project resolved a drainage issue beside a garage where water was pooling during rain and risking seepage into the structure. We excavated and regraded the area to direct water away from the garage, then installed a new asphalt surface with the proper slope, seamlessly tying it into the existing road beside the property. The result is a clean, durable finish that improves drainage and helps protect the garage from water damage.

A year later, we seal coated this garage apron. Remember, small routine maintenance like this each year can go a long way in protecting and extending the life of your pavement.
