This project transformed an overgrown backyard area into a clean, level, and functional space directly off the home. The existing surface, covered with grass and hidden brick, was uneven and difficult to use, so we removed all vegetation and excavated the underlying brick to create a clean foundation. We then graded the area to ensure a smooth surface with proper drainage away from the house and finished by installing a layer of gravel, resulting in a durable, low-maintenance space that improves usability and helps prevent future drainage issues.
