This project focused on improving both the functionality and usability of the homeowner’s property through strategic grading and site work. We widened the existing driveway to create additional parking space and re-graded the stone surface so it sits flush with the garage entrance, creating a smoother transition that is especially beneficial for low-clearance vehicles and helps reduce scraping issues when entering or exiting the garage. We also leveled and regraded the backyard to create a more usable outdoor space while improving drainage to support proper water flow across the property. Once complete, the area was prepared and ready for the homeowner to finalize the landscaping and establish grass, creating a clean foundation for future use and enjoyment.
