This project involved preparing a property for a new farm stand operation by reworking and leveling multiple areas of the site. We graded a new location for the customer’s shed with a proper reveal to align the floor with ground height, while repurposing excavated material to fill in an old burn pit. The original shed area was then regraded and prepped with stone to create a stable, level base, helping establish a functional and organized layout for the customer’s business: Zarr’s homestead market
